Her art is rooted in both observation and fantasy, often visualizing the emotion behind places through the lens of her past and present. She gravitates towards whichever landscapes and mediums give give her new perspectives, experiences, and that best deliver her message. Art gives Carly retrospective voice and clarity while examining her past, as well as re-affirming her agency to look forward through her own, self-curated, experiences.
